Trasnformers Overload Papercraft

Its a Komatsu HD465-7 Articulated Dump Truck. Commonly this particular Komatsu truck are seen as dump trucks, in the ROTF movie, you would see that the truck is using an articulated dump cart which has bigger capacity. Overload was only seen passing-by in the IMAX version of the ROTF movie. You wouldn't notice it appear in the normal movie.
